Research and studies over the years have proven that babies vision and eyes from birth are extremely immature and underdeveloped, which means they can’t see colour, their vision is usually quite blurry and they can only see a maximum of 12 inches away. After much research, scientists begun to realise that high contrasting images, mainly Black & White colours registers with a Baby’s retina the best, meaning certain designs, if high contrasting enough can trigger and aid the development of the eyes of a baby.

Which is exactly why we have spent over a year specially designing our flashcards to ensure they not only look great & trendy to our eyes as parents, but also register and attract the attention of your baby’s eyes too.

All whilst being able to not only develop your baby’s vision, but to also improve their length of concentration, ability to track from left to right or up and down and to focus on one image to calm their mind and not over-stimulate them like the busy outside world can do and does.

Each collection includes 6 thick, laminated and beautifully designed boardcards all of which have been printed on double-sided and sit within our gorgeous ‘Into The Wild’ Collection which includes wild animals and exotic plants. Whilst also including a black plastic ring to attach to the boardcards to take them on-the-go and a velcro band meaning you can attach your cards to anything, whether it be to a pram or hung on something else.
