I have refrained from responding to feedback requests as I am conscious how influential/damaging unfavourable reviews can be but regrettably… if a Company persists in asking for feedback, I will provide it.
I am hoping it is the science behind the product that . I have paid for … if not, I honestly don’t think, even at half price, the product is good value for money. I saw many far cheaper competitive brands advertised but wanted to make sure, if I was being pro-active encouraging my first grandchild’s sensory journey, it was with the best product. After gifting the starter pack, I established it was missing the wooden stand and the pack of 3+ flash cards were duplicated but did not contain the 0+ flash cards. Although I did receive a timely response from the Company to my email and they sent out the correct /missing items. It has been somewhat embarrassing giving an incomplete gift! I am aware my personal feedback is not reflective of everybody ‘s experience however, I refrained from responding to the number of feedback requests I received but as I said earlier …if a Company persists on asking for feedback, I will provide it. Hope other Customers experience is more favourable than mine.
