The package came 3 weeks after placing the order! No response from the support team after sending three emails on three different occasions. When the parcel finally arrived the set was incomplete with 2 items missing!
Sent an email requesting a refund or return information and am yet to receive a response but honestly not sure if I will considering the experience so far
I bought this for my grandson who is now 4 weeks old.
He is just beginning to explore a few of the items - the ‘crinkle sound sheet’ is a favourite so far, as it makes a noise when he moves.
The quality is outstanding and customer services second to none. So much so, that I have bought another set ready for my granddaughters arrival around Christmas.

this is a great little box my grandson loves the wristlets and the blanket , the black and white cards are sturdy

Great item and amazing to be able to personalise. Love the pink, lovely and girlie. However the pen came dried up so i had a very disappointed little girl.
Bought for my 12 week old grandson after purchasing the newborn sensory box, which my daughter thought was well worth the money, and he loved. I especially like the tummy time book, which is really colourful and has parts for him to touch as he develops. I would highly recommend these products to help with baby's development. My grandson certainly enjoys them!
We are totally blown away by how these sensory toys have captured the attention of our newborn. They have helped to relax her as well as stimulate at such an early age. An absolute must for all new parents.

Our new grandson is getting so much from this! Only two weeks old and he looks at the shapes which are placed both on the wall where his changing mat is and whilst laid on his playmat.

We also followed up on what we thought was a missing item in the box. It turned out this item was not for sale when we ordered and so the box was enhanced later on. Having told the team at Priya and Peanut, they informed us of this difference but were gracious enough to send us the "missing" piece anyway. They had absolutely no right to be that nice but they clearly prioritise sharing this beautiful product with the world and customer service over everything else. Wishing the entire team at Priya and Peanut well!
